We’re super excited down here at the Athens Rancho. Some positively electric news, one might say. Well, actually the news is electricity. Which we now have amp-loads of here at Rancho Kitty. For those who don’t know, Rancho Kitty has two locations. The Athens, Texas property was acquired in 2022 and the land was never hooked into the power grid. All that has changed.
